We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): typically 2–4 business days.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: typically 5–7 business days.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders above Rs 699. A convenience fee of Rs 39 applies on COD orders. COD may not be available in all pin codes.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • You have the order confirmation or invoice

We do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings (hygiene policy — no exceptions)
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code above 20%
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchanges

We offer free size or style exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Raise an exchange request by WhatsApp at +91-9529480461 or email at support@tinkajewellery.com. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge for the first exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster. COD refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT) — bank details required.

Tinka 90-Day Guarantee

If your jewellery tarnishes, discolours, or the plating fades within 90 days of normal wear, we will replace the piece at no charge. This covers manufacturing defects and coating failure — not physical damage from misuse or improper storage.

To claim: WhatsApp us a photo of the piece with your order number. We process guarantee replacements within 3 business days.
